Îlot Balmoral
The 185-foot-high rooftop garden is located on the southwestern elevation of Îlot Balmoral. Monolithic Membrane 6125 (MM6125®) was used to waterproof 15,430 square feet over which a 5,680-square-foot garden roof assembly was installed. Hydrotech’s Garden Roof Assembly consists of proven components from the deck up, including the following: waterproofing/roofing membrane, insulation, architectural pavers, green roof components, growing media, and even the vegetation for extensive applications.
