This building project was developed on Rue Léger, at the junction of Boulevard Newman in Lasalle, Montreal.  In the middle of the residential units stands the shared interior courtyard with its garden pavilion.  The pavilion's vegetated roof is a slow outdoor ascent that can be climbed to sit atop and rest, while admiring the result of the choice to vegetate with Hydrotech^® InstaGreen^® Carpet.  It's thanks to the Hydrotech^® GardNet^® soil containment system that the vegetation stays in place without any worries about material slippage.
